Emirates Post has warned customers to exercise caution and be vigilant against fraud.

The company advises that SMS messages from Emirates Post will only be from registered accounts and would not use personal numbers or emails to ask for payment.

Customers can make secure payments through the company’s website and mobile app.

In addition, Dubai Police has launched an awareness campaign to educate the public about the dangers of phone scams aimed at obtaining financial information.
