FSB Arrests Trio for Collaborating with Ukraine on Drones

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Monday that it had apprehended three individuals for their alleged involvement in collaborating with Ukraine. According to the FSB, one man was detained in Russia’s far eastern Amur region for allegedly sending money to Ukraine to purchase drones and other military equipment.

In addition, two residents of Yalta in Crimea were accused of contacting Ukrainian intelligence to provide information about the conditions in the Black Sea peninsula. Russia had seized Crimea and unilaterally annexed it from Ukraine in 2014. The individuals were also alleged to have offered to conduct attacks and capture photographs of Russian military installations.
