Lindsay Lohan and her husband, Bader Shammas, have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Luai. The representative for Lohan confirmed the news, stating that the family is thrilled and that both mother and baby are healthy.
Lohan, known for her role in “Parent Trap,” gave birth in Dubai, where the couple resides. The exact date of the birth has not been disclosed. Luai, an Arabic name meaning “shield” or “protector,” was chosen for their son.
The actress, now 37 years old, announced her pregnancy in March through an Instagram post featuring a white onesie with the words “Coming soon.” Lohan has been living abroad for several years and tied the knot with Shammas last year.
While Lohan was previously a frequent subject of tabloid attention, she has since maintained a lower public profile. She has made a return to acting, appearing in Netflix’s “Falling for Christmas” last year and is set to star in an upcoming romantic comedy called “Irish Wish” on the same streaming platform.
